Michael is the President of 108 Equity Partners Inc., which he founded in 2014, and Managing Partner of Cassandra Capital L.P., a private venture capital fund co-founded in 2007. With over 25 years of banking and investment experience, recently Michael has led clients through a variety of investment banking and venture capital mandates including private placements, divestitures, M&A, going public transactions, work outs and venture formations. He has extensive experience in CEO, CFO and governances roles which he assumed in portfolio companies, serving as a director for portfolio private/public companies and two venture capital funds.
